On this website
When you write to us through a form or by email, we keep what you send (your name, your email address, your message) only to answer you and to follow up on your request. We do not sell it, rent it or share it with anyone outside Prince Media and the tools we use to run our email and our website. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Our website may use basic analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. These tools do not identify you by name.
Our internal tool, "Prince Media Court"
"Prince Media Court" is a private tool used only by Prince Media's own team. It signs in to a Google account that belongs to Prince Media, and it reads and writes Google Docs and Drive files in that account only: research reports, briefs and notes our team asked it to write. It never signs in to a customer's or a visitor's Google account, it never reads anyone else's files, and it does not share the documents it writes with anyone except the people our team sends the link to.
Data accessed through Google is used only to produce those documents and is kept in that Google account's Drive. Prince Media Court's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
